The E88CC tube type is equivalent to the North American 6922 / 6DJ8 tube and can be used in any 6922, 6DJ8 or E88CC/ECC88 circuit.

Warranty Period: 3 monthsAll our tubes are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase. (Any exceptions will be noted on that tube's Warranty tab)
If you receive a tube that does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications, please do the following:
- contact us to get a return authorization
- return it via regular mail within 90 days from when we shipped it, and we will provide an exchange or refund of the full purchase price of the tube.
Returns not related to warranty or defect will be considered at our discretion, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We can not accept returns that don't have an authorization, are past 3 month, or are returned improperly.

JJ E88CC / 6922 Gold | Great tubes for any type of music!

Bottom line here, these JJ-E88CC-G tubes are fantastic. The Valhalla 2 is a solid preamp out of the box with the 6N1Ps it comes with, however I couldn't help but feel like it smoothed out the signal a little too much, to the point that the highest and lowest frequencies were a bit hazy and washed out of the mix.
As soon as I threw the JJs onto the preamp I noticed a pronounced difference in both the volume and resolution of high frequency range especially. Texturally, everything is so much more refined. The improvement on bass is slightly less pronounced, but still appreciable. It packs a punch but is much tighter.
Perhaps it's not a life-changing difference in quality, but you'll have a hard time figuring out a better way to improve your system for only $60.
Sound great in my Valhalla 2

I got these to replace the stock tubes in my Schiit Valhalla 2. They definitely sound warmer and less shouty than the stock ones. Overall, they make the amp sound much more musical and pleasant to listen to.
My only complaint is that the tubes are a bit more microphonic than I had hoped.

Tried these in The Schiit Audio Lyr1 and they were quite poor performing. Later used them in a Schiit Valhalla 2 and they are Superb!

Tube Rolling My Valhalla 2 Headphone Amp

Replaced the stock 6N1P tubes (a solid performer) that Schiit Audio includes with the Valhalla 2 amp with a pair of these w/balanced triodes. Most notable improvement through my system came in the bottom end through my Sennheiser HD700s. Worthwhile investment in my opinion.

I already have the regular JJ E88CC tube and decided to get the Gold (with balanced triodes) version and it is a pretty substantial upgrade. Well worth the price difference.
