Return Policy and Warranty Information
-Tubes and other products are covered for premature failure and defect by their manufacturer's warranty for 3 months.
-However, the Preferred Series and Northern Electric tubes include a 6 month warranty.
-Any other exceptions to the standard 3 month warranty will be noted on the "Additional Info" tab found on the product's page.
- All returns require a RA (Return Authorization).
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made a shipping error with your original order.
- Refusing the shipment does not negate the above and any return costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a tube that does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications, please do the following:
- Contact us to get a return authorization number and the return instructions. If defective we will provide an exchange or
refund of the full purchase price of the tube. Replacements will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
Returns not related to warranty or defect will be considered at our discretion and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns that do not have authorization, are past the warranty period, or are returned improperly.
