Warranty Period: 6 monthsPreferred Series tubes have a 6 month warranty from date of purchase. (Any exceptions will be noted on that tube's Warranty tab)
If you receive a tube that does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications, please do the following:
- contact us to get a return authorization
- return it via regular mail within 180 days from when we shipped it, and we will provide an exchange or refund of the full purchase price of the tube.
Returns not related to warranty or defect will be considered at our discretion, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We can not accept returns that don't have an authorization, are past 6 months, or are returned improperly.

I’ve tried many different 12ax7 tubes in my Marshall head and the only tubes better IMO are NOS.
On a different note, the customer service at The Tube Store is top notch with very reasonable prices on tubes as well as shipping to the states (plus much faster than I would have thought). The people there are very knowledgeable regarding different amps and what your particular sound is you are after.

I tried these PS-12AX7 in my blues Junior and I’m blown away by the beautiful difference in sound that I get from these tubes when compared to the stock groove tubes. Beautifully balanced and harmonic. Get these and don’t look back!

I tried these Preferred Series 12AX7 because I really liked the 7025.. happy to say these are on par IMO. Probably a touch warmer sounding but I like that! Works well in my Orange's V1 position.
