From glass to bluesy growl, just delightful.

Best sounding tubes bar none. They bring out the glass of your single coils and the growl of your hum-buckers. I also changed the 12ax7 in V2 to a 12ay7 to tame the breakup and fatten up the mids. Blues Heaven.

I ordered this set for my new Hot Rod Deville custom. It came with GT's which are ok, but I put this set in and was blown away within the first minute of installing and playing them. Chords just sing and bloom now and single notes just sizzle. Very even sounding and completely organic. I heard that the SED's are discontinued so I'm going to try and find some more and buy some, just so I got them around. The best 6L6 Ive heard for a long time. And the Tung Sol tubes have a great mid-rangey character that just jumps out of the amp. Unbelievable!! You want these!!!
I also got a little bag of Tube Store picks and a cool sticker!!

Just put these tubes in my Fender Hot Rod Deville and it sounds better than it has ever sounded! Harmonics seem to jump right out, I love it!! And the fast service was awesome, shipped out the same day I ordered it and arrived a couple of days later, Thanks Tube Store, you rock!!!!
