Warranty Information and Return Policy
Warranty Period: 3 monthsAll our tubes are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase. (Any exceptions will be noted on that tube's Warranty tab)
If you receive a tube that does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications, please do the following:
- contact us to get a return authorization
- return it via regular mail within 90 days from when we shipped it, and we will provide an exchange or refund of the full purchase price of the tube.
Returns not related to warranty or defect will be considered at our discretion, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We can not accept returns that don't have an authorization, are past 3 month, or are returned improperly.

Electro-Harmonix KT88EH | Great in Rogue Audio Stereo 100

Very pleased so far with both the EH-KT88 tubes and the store! Replacing malfunctioning KT120 tubes in Rogue Audio Stereo 100 (recommended by Rogue Audio service over the original). Original impressions: even more musical, detailed than the original; excellent detail, especially in female vocals.
Order shipped and arrived very quickly, very happy with service.

I bought 2 matched pairs of EH-KT88 from tonal to replace stock EL34's - after bias & break in I absolutely have no fancy words to describe the full depth of music, amazing & rich the sound, I am beyond impressed for the price - used in GA348 manual bias amp with Infinity RSIIIA speakers, dual velodyne subs one per channel - room +/- 500sqft - bias currently set at 0.5v - subs on 50hz & 40% vol I could go lower but like to shake.

Used them in my sunn 1000s guitar amp took a little bit more time to break in the EH-KT88 tubes. Lasted for over 7 years until they went on Me? Using a sunn cabinet with 6 12 inch Pyle driver vintage 1980s speakers. 155 watt max. total 930watts. Amp on 10 with tube screamer hit 120db!! Massive power will buy again.

Excellent selection on the KT 88 valve, You cannot go Wrong , My Current MUSIC ANGEL Mark III M9 Uses EL34, And I got a Technician By The Name of Mr: Peter Gay Who Woked for JBL and HARMON Kardon & ALTEC LANSING, Will be Changing The Bases and The Caps + The Valves and May also Change The Transformer if Required to Accept The KT 88 Tube . This will be a Costly Affair. But well worth it.
