Nice Improvement

I loved the improved sound I got with the Premium tube kit. Much nicer 'breakup". The amp still lacks much high end to it though a better speaker helped that considerably. I like to practice and record at lower volumes and this amp with better tubes is quite good in my opinion. I also have a Blues Jr., and a Blues Deville. My style is more clean than distorted most of the time.
Bugera V5 Premium tubes

Very disapointed. Weak bass, thin sounding, a bit to much gain for my taste, not warm sounding, some chime on the top end and a bit noisy sounding. Stock Bugera sounded better to me.
