From our review: "I think for single coil guitars they are the best sounding tubes available. Fender amps love them. Pro Junior, Blues Junior two thumbs up. Mesa Boogie, VOX, Dr Z another two thumbs up. The midrange is very rich in harmonic content. JJ’s sound flat and one dimensional by comparison. The great mids transition into a smooth clear treble and the bass frequencies are solid with no flabbiness. I had a couple of players testing them and they had no problem in picking these tubes as their favorites. Numerous tube swaps were done and the boys would always be able to tell if Polam or Telam were installed."

Warranty Period: 3 monthsAll our tubes are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase. (Any exceptions will be noted on that tube's Warranty tab)
If you receive a tube that does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications, please do the following:
- contact us to get a return authorization
- return it via regular mail within 90 days from when we shipped it, and we will provide an exchange or refund of the full purchase price of the tube.
Returns not related to warranty or defect will be considered at our discretion, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We can not accept returns that don't have an authorization, are past 3 month, or are returned improperly.

Where have you been Telam?

I have all NOS Pre-amp and Power Tubes in my Grandmiester now. I have 2 different matched sets of EL84s. I got the Tungsram set first and figured I would then try a set of Telams, since I have the single coil pickups on my Strat (not noiseless). The Tungsram set was very nice, but these Telam tubes are a notch above them for my setup. I have always trusted the Tubestore advice over the phone and on their website. These Telams are special if you have single coil pickups. IMO - NOS tubes have less noise concerns and with brighter highs and a deeper bass. The dirty channel on my amp has it's own attitude with no noise. I am using the JAN pre-amp 12AX7s.
