Cooling Down a V3m

Thought I'd buy a Carvin V3m on sale before they stopped making them. The gain and compression with the stock 12AX7's is ridiculous. Did the whole pre-amp with these and it's much more usable, I can balance the volume between channels and compared with JJ ECC81/12AT7's the sound is like going from black & white to color.

Excellent in Orange Rockerverb MKIII (Reverb)

I love this tube in my Orange's reverb channel - it's quiet and strong. I'll be putting these into the V3 and V6 slots of my Twin Reverb very shortly.

Loving those

Great tube, recommended for everyone. Put two of those in my DRRI and I am satisfied
