In my experience, very rarely does a service or business live up to its hype. The Tube Store surpassed any expectations I had. These guys deliver. Nice website, easy to navigate with an extensive selection of tubes with thorough descriptions and comparisons. They even had some capacitors I wasn't able to find locally. The customer service and friendliness of the staff is top notch. I had changed an item between Shopping Cart and Checkout. The guys picked up on it and took the time to send an email asking if I had meant to make the change. These guys know their business and have an eye for detail. I had my order the very next day. My amp came from the factory with an incorrect tube. Jon, noticed this when I ordered and recommended the correct tubes for my Fender Champion 600. I took his recommendation and all I can say is wow, the amp sings. Very fast shipping as well. Thanks for the expertise Jon and the tubestore. These guy are great! I recently ordered a set of tubes for my amplifier from The Tube Store. In fact I've already ordered tube sets through The Tube Store on a few occasions and had very good results. Each time I received my tubes within a week or so. They were packaged very well and arrived safe and sound. I like how easy it is to get the set for your specific amp. My amp makers website has a link to The Tube Store along with an updated recommendation on which brand of tube works best with the amp. I always get a matched pair for my amp and I'm always thrilled by the tone I'm getting with these tubes. I highly recommend The Tube Store for purchasing tubes. Fast shipping, great selection, good prices.

The service from The Tube Store has been second to none...The premium tubes I have ordered for my Fender, Orange and Blackstar amps have definitely met or exceeded my expectations. Their site descriptions for package upgrades are definitely as described. I want to make a special note in terms of The Tube Store's exceptional customer service... on one of my tube swaps (for my Blackstar) I got busy in my studio and didn't make the swap to the new tubes I received from them four months earlier. When changing out a 12BH7A tube, it was dead on arrival... I contacted The Tube Store via email and then went on their site and read they have a 3 month warranty... (I now had had my tubes for 4 months). Their 3 month warranty is very fair and reasonable and this was ENTIRELY my user error for not checking my new tubes sooner... so I just went ahead and ordered another tube. Within the hour I heard from Jon at thetubestore.com and he said that they would cover my mistake and send me a replacement tube under warranty. For me, that just says it all. They sell a great product and have service with integrity. This is an online retailer you want to bring your business to.

Great shop. Easy to deal with, and shipped quickly. Minus one star because they don't sell fuses as well. If they started doing that they'd be a 5/5.
