After extensive research and engineering, New Sensor Corp. has reissued the famed Genalex Gold Lion audio vacuum tubes. The ECC83/B759, ECC82/B749, ECC81/B739, and E88CC/6922 preamp tubes are outstanding in both hifi tube audio amplifiers and electric guitar tube amps. Many of our customers have found the ECC83/B759 tube exceptional in tube phono stage preamps. They are also excellent in Marshall styled guitar amps where gain is important without sacrificing tone. We should mention that these European part numbers are often better known by different names. The ECC83 is equivalent to the 12AX7 tube. The ECC82 tube is equivalent to the 12AU7 tube.
