  • Improving upon standard 300B tube grids, which are typically made of pure nickel, the gold plating reduces grid current and adds effective improvements to the overall grid function. Given that all triode power amps draw some amount of grid current whether they're playing softly or at full blast, this stabilizing effect will offer enhanced sound and durability.

    Long life, top-quality construction, and great tone make it one of the finest 300B tubes available today. Like the original Western Electric 300B tube, it has the 8 course directly heated filament, 40 watt plate dissipation, classic large shoulder tube glass, and are precision matched. The EH 300B tube's plate curves and static DC characteristics (plate resistance, transconductance, mu) also exactly match the originals so you can drop them into any vintage or modern 300B tube amp. For the money the 300B EH tube is a fantastic tube!

    Warranty Period: 3 months

    All our tubes are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase. (Any exceptions will be noted on that tube's Warranty tab)

    If you receive a tube that does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications, please do the following:

    - contact us to get a return authorization
    - return it via regular mail within 90 days from when we shipped it, and we will provide an exchange or refund of the full purchase price of the tube.

    Returns not related to warranty or defect will be considered at our discretion, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    We can not accept returns that don't have an authorization, are past 3 month, or are returned improperly.
